Dr. Sam Somuah is an experienced, IT professional with more than thirty years leadership, teaching and professional experience. Over this period he has managed several multi-million dollar IT projects in Ghana and the US. He has a proven track record in Teaching, Business System Analysis, Project Management, Computer Networks and Systems, Software Development, Testing and Quality Assurance, IT Training and Database Administration. Has managed several high profile IT Projects within the Government of Ghana funded by agencies such as the World Bank, CIDA, DFID etc.

In his position as the Chief Innovation and Technology Officer (CITO) for SISCO,  he is responsible for identifying technology trends and evolving social behavior that may support or impede the success of SISCO’s IT business in addition to evaluating and identifying appropriate technology platforms for delivering SISCO’s Software Applications. He provides technology direction to the various Software, Architects, Programmers and Database Designers  for the Software Development Team  that develops the various SISCO  Applications.
